TELESCOPIC / EXTENDABLE FOOTPLATE for a Lightweight Folding Powerchair
A great new addition to our accessories range.
With an extendable footplate you have the luxury of having it standard size for going round shops and places where you want to keep the total length of your chair smaller so it has a better turning circle and takes up less room, but then when you are out and about or on your way into town and you want a more stretched out seating position then you can extend your footplate by approximately another 6 inches in three different settings.
These footplate are excellent for those with a longer leg or that can't bend their legs so well, or wear a knee brace or that have swelling.
Side note - footplates are for resting your feet on. Not to be used as a step up into the chair.
