We do our best to make sure we only send you products that will suit your needs, however, if you are not happy with your order please contact us to let us know by telephone or email within 14 days of receiving your order, or sooner if possible.

You can either return the product yourself to our office in Farnham or we will arrange for your product to be collected by our courier. Please note, we do not accept wheelchairs returned by couriers unless arranged by ourselves.

All returns must be received back unused, in fully working condition and in its original packaging with all the accessories originally included. Please also include the original paperwork if you still have it.

If you want to return a product for any other reason than it being faulty, you will be liable for all associated transportation costs which will be deducted from your final refund.

We will contact you once we receive you order back to let you know it is being processed.

We will not be able to refund the original postage cost and will deduct this and the return courier fee from you final refund (proof provided on request).


A full refund will be issued for the value of the item minus any associated delivery/collection costs. This will be processed within 3 days of us receiving back your order.

Courier fees are usually around £50 each way for wheelchair orders (more if you are from the Highlands, Islands or Isle of Wight).
