The SC-R comes equipped with two quick-release 6ah batteries, seamlessly integrated into the wheelchair's frame for plane-safe travel on any airline worldwide. Practical features mirror those of the SMART CHAIR, with effortless folding and unfolding and ease of use. However, the SC-R offers a unique advantage over the standard model as switching between an upright and a reclined seating position is a feature some customers just can't be without.
Reclining Mobility
Recline at your preference between 12-30 degrees, facilitated by a pump-style bar located behind the middle of the backrest. The SC-R's multi-terrain capabilities are underscored by oversized solid rubber 12.5-inch rear wheels with puncture-proof tyres, providing extra grip on a diverse array of surfaces like tarmac, grass, cobbles, and curbs. Designed for users who prefer not to be completely upright, the SC-R accommodates varying recline preferences. With 48cm space between the armrest, and with an option to go to 50cm by using a spacer kit, this chair will accommodate most people.
