Warranty

All of our products are fully tested and checked over when we get them in then once again before delivery.

We offer a year warranty on the frame, motors, joystick, controller unit and the wheelchairs batteries.  Any wear and tear items or crashes or misuse are not covered.

If you have an issue within the warranty period we will first try and diagnose the fault with you over the phone. We will need video evidence of the fault and full description of what you feel it may be. We will then either come out and fix it at your home or we will send you a box and have the chair collected and brought back to our office where we will then rectify the issue, fully test it and then send you the repaired chair back out next working day.

When we receive any returns, all items are fully inspected and tested as soon as we get them back. Any chairs which have been misused, mistreated or have water damage will not be covered or refunded.

 

Receiving the item

When you receive the item, you will have to sign for it.

At this point please check over the box and condition of the packaging.

If you sign for the package it means you are also signing to say that you have received the parcel and it is in good condition. If you sign for the parcel and it is not in good condition it will not be re-collected and you will have to pay for a return.

If the parcel arrives damaged please take a picture and send it to us.

Also in the unlikely event that you receive an item, which is defective, once it’s been charged. You must send us a picture and a video of the evidence and we will arrange a collection.

 

Returns

If customers are not happy for whatever reason please call or email us straight away. Due to the weight and value of our products, delivery costs us a lot of money (especially as we use 24 hour express) If you are returning a product for any other reason other than it being faulty you will be liable for both the returns costs and our initial sending costs. You must return the item back to us within 7 days. (The items must be received back in an unused, brand new and fully working condition with everything that came with the chair including all the paper work)

We will organise a collection from your address with our courier. The customer will pay all the delivery and return costs associated with the purchase, which is then taken off the refund.

Apon receiving your return we will contact you to keep you in the loop.

 

Refunds

A full refund of the purchase price minus the delivery/collection cost will be given if we receive the item in undamaged condition, with it’s original packaging. All of its original documentation and accessories including, Invoice, chargers, tools, manuals etc

Please also add a note stating the reason for return inside the box.

We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.
