All LITH-TECH’S past, present and new customers will have the option to sign up with Fish Insurance for 12 months. You will be covered for things like public liability (which is the main reason people take up insurance when using a mobility product so you don’t get sued if you crash into someone or scratch their car in a carpark for example), also it covers lost or stolen, personal accident, personal effects and if you take out the full cover then your also covered for breakdown assistance as well.
Insurance packages cost as little as £5.50-£6 a month using our dealer code 3717 (which is the most popular option) but it all depends on what you feel necessary to cover for your own personal situation.
From the point of sale all LITH-TECH customers get 1 years full comprehensive manufacturer warranty with their chair. Your warranty will cover all moving parts (motors, joystick, controller unit, batteries and main frame) we wont cover wear and tear items, (cushions, armrests, front forks, front wheels, footplate) basically anything you can ruin by crashing or not driving correctly).
Your LITH-TECH warranty covers you for the UK only.
After your years warranty it’s recommended to get in contact with (FISH INSURANCE) and take out an extended warranty package on a monthly payment scheme incase you experience any unexpected errors within the ownership period.
